Thrifting at its best! 

I found this top (which was a dress) at a local thrift shop. When I saw it, I wasn't sure if it was a costume or a real dress.. Is it possible to dress like Queen of Sheba on any given Tuesday I asked myself.. Would I be mistaken for a trick or treater? 

With all those questions swirling.. I bought it anyway!
