Navy and White

So I found these gems (pants) as I was breezing through a department store 

to get to my nail appointment.

I was literally stopped in my tracks!

J C Penny had done it again.again. Worthington to be exact!

I immediately put them on hold and continued my plight to my nail shop.

Needless to say when I came back I found a ton of other must haves.

So be on the look out for my J C Penny haul..lol!!!
